Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a J.D. program (1Ls and 2Ls welcome).
• Strong research and writing skills.

• Genuine interest in space, technology, or government contracting.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain regulatory compliance matrices tracking license conditions and reporting obligations.
• Support the Legal and Contracts teams with research and administrative work on commercial agreements, government contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
• Conduct legal, regulatory, and market research and synthesize findings into clear summaries and recommendations.
• Assist with filings, process documentation, and export-compliance recordkeeping.
