You will own the end-to-end workflow, gather requirements with Sales and clients, and translate technical needs into clear deliverables and labor hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related technical field required.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial contract management with tech services focus.
• Ability to understand IT, security, development, and software implementation concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of explaining technical info clearly.
• Strong time management and the ability to manage multiple urgent requests.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SOW workflow from request to client delivery, ensuring timely progress and approvals.
• Collaborate with Sales and clients to gather requirements and define scope.
• Support SOW/contract reviews to clarify scope, terms, risks, and next steps.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear deliverables and labor hours.
• Use standard tools, templates, and clauses to draft SOWs with defined assumptions.
• Coordinate Master Service Agreements and SOW changes with stakeholders.
