Job summary

Strategic Growth Partners in the United States seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee Contracts, Procurement, Certifications and Risk & Compliance, guiding a large contractor team and aligning service commitments with client expectations. You will run engagements from discovery through execution, maintain governance cadences, and report performance and risk to senior leadership.

A track record in federal and government contracting, strong people skills, and the ability to manage 1099

Qualifications

• 7+ years in compliance, contracts, or operations.
• Direct experience in federal and SLED government contracting.
• Strong people management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across Contracts, Procurement, Certifications, and Risk & Compliance.
• Manage a team of 1099 contractors and coordinate service commitments.
• Serve as the main escalation point for clients and internal leadership.
• Run engagements from discovery through execution and close.

• Report on queue health, turnaround, and risk to the President.
