Job summary

Business Information Group, Inc. is seeking an Estimating & Contract Manager to accelerate SOW development and contract support across service lines.

You will own the end-to-end workflow from initial request through requirements gathering, estimating, approvals, and delivery to the client, working with Sales, Client Success, and technical stakeholders. You will help standardize estimating tools, templates, and clauses while coordinating cross-departmental signoffs to improve speed, clarity, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in commercial contract management.
Experience with technology services and SOWs.
Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end SOW workflow from request to client delivery and approvals.
Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and delivery teams to capture requirements.
Lead SOW and contract discussions to clarify scope, terms, and risks.
Translate complex technical requirements into clear deliverables and labor estimates.
Review and update standard SOW templates and clauses for consistency.
Coordinate MSAs and SOW changes with internal and client stakeholders.
