Frequent travel (about 50%) is expected, supporting customers across the region. Base salary ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 with commission potential of $15,000+, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in technical support, maintenance, or roles related to packaging machinery.
• Solid understanding of packaging machine components and mechanical systems.
• Ability to interpret and validate technical drawings; CAD experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is an asset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
• Conduct customer visits to explore growth potential and increase sales.
• Serve as the main point of contact for distributors and end users; resolve inquiries and manage orders.
