Job summary

ProMach is looking for a motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead packaging machinery sales in the South East, based in Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA. You will be responsible for achieving sales goals, developing new accounts, and enhancing existing customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, over 5 years of sales experience, and strong communication skills. This role involves extensive travel (minimum of 75%).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in capital equipment sales.
• Experience in packaging automation, e-commerce, automotive, or pharma is a plus.
• Desire to develop into a commercial leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly sales goals and year-over-year growth.
• Prepare Strategic Action Plan aligned with sales forecast.
• Collaborate with engineering to offer the best solution.
