TriMed, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the Southeast from a remote location. You will develop regional strategies, coach sales reps, and align with product management to drive market expansion and customer relationships.

The role requires 5-7+ years in medical device or healthcare sales, strong leadership, forecasting, and field execution. Travel up to 75% and comfort with physician and administrator audiences.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in medical device or healthcare sales.
• Proven success leading sales teams and achieving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic/surgical medical devices and OR protocols.

• Lead and support a team of sales representatives to achieve regional objectives.
• Communicate territory performance and strategic priorities to the sales org.
• Set regional goals and monitor performance against targets.
• Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to develop capabilities.

• Represent TriMed at regional and national trade shows and events.
