Abbott Point of Care in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a District Manager to lead a team of 6-8 Account Executives covering Hospital and Outpatient segments. The role requires 50-75% travel in the district and residence within the North Texas region.

You will guide sales strategy, coach staff, and drive long-term partnerships with customers and distribution partners. Abbott emphasizes a strong 130+ year legacy, employee wellbeing, and career development.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare/diagnostics sales.
• 3+ years leading and mentoring direct reports.
• Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce CRM.
