Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Quality Engineer II to design, execute, and improve testing across functional, regression, integration, data, and user acceptance testing.

You will review requirements, create test plans, run manual tests, support automation, perform data validation, track defects, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure release readiness in healthcare and enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software quality assurance or related IT delivery environments.
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, test scripts, test scenarios, and defect documentation.
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, processes, and best practices.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, data validation, and user acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements and design test strategies and plans.
• Create detailed test cases, scenarios, scripts, and testing documentation.
• Execute manual testing across applications, workflows, integrations, and reports.
• Support automated testing activities and identify automation opportunities.
• Perform regression testing when new functionality is deployed or changes are released.
• Conduct back-end and data validation testing using SQL or similar tools.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects to resolution.
