Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Quality Engineer II to drive testing across multi-solution platforms. You will design, execute, and improve testing practices, contribute to defect management, quality metrics, and release readiness, while aligning with healthcare tech requirements and client needs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with developers and stakeholders, participation in Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement of testing standards and processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software QA experience, healthcare tech or related IT delivery.
• Experience creating and executing test plans, cases, scripts, and defect docs.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, processes, and best practices.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, data validation, and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specs, and user stories to craft test strategies and plans.
• Create detailed test cases, scenarios, and testing documentation in line with SQA standards.
• Execute manual testing across apps, workflows, integrations, and data exchanges.
• Support automated testing and identify opportunities for automation.
• Perform regression testing when functionality changes or defects are resolved.
• Track defects and collaborate with teams to validate fixes and releases.
