Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Quality Engineer II for a remote-based role open to candidates nationwide. You will design, execute, and improve testing practices across functional, regression, integration, data, and user acceptance testing to ensure release readiness of healthcare software products and workflows.

You will review requirements, create detailed test plans and cases, support automation, perform data validation, and track defects.

Qualifications

Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and defect documentation.
Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, processes, and best practices.
Experience with functional, regression, integration, data validation, and user acceptance testing.
Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

Review requirements, technical specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to develop test strategies and plans.
Create detailed test cases, scenarios, and scripts aligned with QA standards.
Execute manual testing across apps, workflow solutions, integrations, and reports.
Support automated testing and identify opportunities for automation.
Perform regression testing when new functionality is deployed or configs change.
Conduct back-end and data validation testing using SQL or approved tools.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
