Job summary

Remote Raven is seeking a Solutions Group Coordinator to provide administrative, planning, and operational support to the AVP, Solutions and across the group. You will help manage communications, calendars, meetings, and project planning to keep leadership focused on delivery and strategic goals.

Your role requires superb organization, discretion, and the ability to coordinate information from multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in executive support or operations coordination.
• Experience supporting a senior leader and coordinating across multiple departments.
• Experience in live events, production, construction, or related environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage high-volume inbox traffic for the AVP, Solutions.
• Manage the AVP's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and planning materials.
• Maintain organized digital files, records, and shared resources.
• Support SOPs, templates, and documentation updates across the Solutions Group.
