MCM Technology is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our sales team in a fully remote role with up to 40% travel. The role supports both virtual and live demonstrations of the MCM platform, including asset tracking, maintenance and inspections, certification and training, evidence, and fleet management.
You will drive sales strategy, participate in new business development, and inform product innovation for public safety agencies nationwide.
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum five years of post-undergraduate experience in public safety, SaaS solutions engineering, SaaS sales, technology consulting, or GovTech.
- Proven presentation and facilitation skills for executive audiences.
- Ability to pivot and reframes challenges in presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and self-management of priorities.
Aufgaben
- Conduct senior-level presentations and technical product demonstrations for prospects and existing customers.
- Translate customer outcomes into case studies for prospective customers.
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and new logo sales through product positioning.
- Collaborate on strategic planning and analyze competitor and market information.
- Help build a high-velocity sales process with strong new sales conversion.
- Gather market intelligence from customer conversations and share with teams.
- Assist Sales Operations with technical and functional RFP questions.
