Job summary

MCM Technology seeks a Partner Channel Manager to build and manage a reseller network for the public safety market. You will recruit partners, enable their sales teams, and drive joint pipeline with co-marketing activities.

You will own partner-sourced/influenced opportunities, track them in Salesforce, and coordinate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success. This is a remote, full-time role with up to 40% travel and reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing partner/reseller channels.
• Track record of generating partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a partner channel strategy with current and new partners.
• Manage onboarding, training, and enablement programs for partner sales teams.
• Own a contribution target for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Document and track opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
• Serve as the primary contact for partners and resolve conflicts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Develop joint business plans with key partners and co-marketing activities.
• Build and operate deal registration processes with senior leadership.
• Evaluate partnerships for engineering investment and coordinate integration scoping.
• Maintain executive sponsor relationships and regular business reviews.
• Expand the Zebra relationship beyond initial scope.
• Build presence on cooperative purchasing and contract vehicles.
• Lay groundwork for reselling partner products beginning in 2027.
• Stay up to date with industry knowledge and communicate value of software solutions.
