Job summary

MCM Technology is seeking a Partner Channel Manager to build, grow, and manage a network of resellers and strategic partners in the public safety market. This remote, full-time role involves onboarding partners, enabling their sales teams, and driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline with no individual sales quota.

Travel up to 40% and reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. You will establish cooperative purchasing vehicles, manage joint business plans, and coordinate with Sales,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building and managing partner/reseller channels.
• Track record of generating partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a partner channel strategy across current and new partners.
• Onboard, train, and enable partner sales teams to position MCM’s platform.
• Own joint pipeline with partners and coordinate with direct sales to close deals.
• Document opportunities in Salesforce for forecasting and pipeline evaluation.
• Maintain senior-level relationships and manage escalations with partners.
• Develop joint business plans with key partners including co-marketing and shared pipeline-generation.
