Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Solution Architect for a fully remote role that can be filled from anywhere in the United States. You will own projects from Sales to Service, deploying CAD, mobile apps, and RMIS within customer environments.

You will collaborate with the project team, communicate complex requirements clearly, and ensure successful completion within schedule, scope, and cost constraints. Travel and CJIS policy adherence are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering/technology experience in related fields.
• Ability to communicate technical details to all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work in US environments.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation activities and coordinate customer deployments.
• Translate customer requirements into deployable interfaces.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Document status and deliverables for stakeholders.
• Provide troubleshooting across software and network interfaces.
