RealPage is seeking a Solutions Representative to drive new business and sustain client relationships across a defined US territory. This remote role requires proactive prospecting, presentations with Sales Engineers, and executive-level engagement to close deals and expand existing accounts.

You will qualify opportunities, manage a robust sales funnel, and deliver ROI analyses to prospects. Travel up to 40% is expected, with performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent sales experience with a record of meeting quotas.
• Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas in field or inside sales.
• Software product or service selling experience required.
• Value-based/consultative selling experience preferred.
• Ability to travel regionally and manage a geographic territory.

Responsabilités

• Acquire new customers and maintain existing client relationships.
• Visit management companies and owners within a geographic territory.
• Attend client meetings and industry functions on RealPage's behalf.
• Deliver web-based presentations with Sales Engineers as needed.
• Qualify and build a high-velocity sales funnel.
• Generate ROI scenarios for prospects and close business.
• Maintain high activity levels: calls, emails, and social selling.
• Navigate executives (VPs and C-Suite) across large organizations.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Travel up to 40% for regional meetings and events.
