Job summary

Quiet Capital is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team in the United States. This role involves onboarding customers and implementing solutions for their direct mail programs. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of tech/SaaS experience and strong technical and communication skills.

The position is fully remote with occasional travel and offers a competitive salary package of $115,000 - $135,000 plus variable compensation.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Implementation, Onboarding, Solutions Architect, or as a Solutions Engineer.
• Experience presenting to Marketing and Technical Professionals is a plus.
• Logistics or Direct Mail experience is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and implement solutions for customers successfully.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on customer projects.
• Lead technical implementations with minimal oversight.

Skills

Technical proficiency on APIs and third-party integrations
