Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and implementation engagements with customers.
- Partner with Account Managers to align success metrics and timelines.
- Design and oversee technical solution implementations and integrations.
- Present product capabilities to marketing and technical stakeholders.
- Learn Lob’s platform and best practices; contribute to deployment strategies.
- Manage multiple concurrent customer implementations toward go-live.
