Job summary

Lob is seeking talented Solutions Engineers to join our remote team and partner with Account Management to onboard and implement direct mail technology for customers.

You will leverage APIs and third-party integrations, with working knowledge of CRM/CDP and marketing automation tools, while delivering clear communication and presentations to diverse audiences.

This 100% remote role requires travel of about 20–25% and offers the opportunity to grow with a profitable, market-leading company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tech/SaaS experience in Implementations, Onboarding, Solutions Architect, or Post-Sale Solutions Engineer role.
• Technical proficiency on APIs and third-party integrations.
• Working knowledge of software platforms including CRM, CDP or marketing automation tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences
• Flexibility: This is a 100% remote role, with expected travel of approximately 20-25%.

Responsibilities

• Help onboard and implement Lob solutions for customers to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
• Collaborate with the Director of Solutions Engineering to define success metrics and monitor progress.
• Shadow and learn from Solutions Engineers on kickoff meetings and advisory sessions to share best practices.
• Develop understanding of Lob’s platform, architectures, and integration patterns.
