Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our Netherlands-remote team. You will own the technical sales process from intro meetings through post-sales outcomes, design customer solutions with Cloudera technologies, and present compelling roadmaps to drive adoption.

The role requires at least five years in a customer-facing pre-sales capacity, strong presentation and communication skills, and hands-on experience with big data, cloud platforms, and data governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally pre-sales
• Ability to create and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations
• Experience with Big Data, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data governance

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sales process from introductory meetings through post-sales outcomes
• Design solutions for customers using Cloudera technologies based on reference architectures
• Demonstrate products to inspire customer buy-in and collaborate with Account Managers
