Job summary

Simon AI is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead onboarding and professional services for enterprise customers in the United States. You will coordinate with CS, product, and engineering to align integrations with customer tech stacks and drive value for campaigns.

You will own technical workstreams, craft clear documentation, and advocate customer use-cases to inform product development. A strong SQL background and API/SDK expertise are essential, along with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience with at least 2 in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or SaaS implementation
• Experience mapping business needs to technical requirements and vice versa
• Exceptional technical writing for implementations, integration guides, and customer-facing materials
• Strong SQL expertise or equivalent data querying skills
• Deep understanding of APIs, web/mobile SDKs, and related technologies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment and drive outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Bachelor’s Degree in CS or related technical field required

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and professional services engagements.
• Design and improve onboarding processes and materials for efficiency and better customer experience.
• Drive rapid time-to-value through high-quality project execution and deliverables.
• Advise CS, product, and engineering on how Simon fits into customer tech stacks.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to foster a cohesive customer experience.
• Own technical workstreams across internal and external projects.
• Advocate customer business use-cases to guide product development.
• Document client scope and integration approaches with technical clarity.
