b.well is seeking a Solutions Services Engineer (Post-Sales) to drive technical integration and support after go-live. You will work closely with customers to implement SDKs/APIs, ensure data flows align with the designed architecture, and translate technical detail for developers and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes forward-deployed collaboration, AI-assisted troubleshooting, and contributing to playbooks and reusable samples across engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hands-on technical implementation, integration, solutions engineering, solution consulting, or developer support in healthcare technology.
• Technical work at the data or API level with at least one healthcare system or application: an EHR (Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks), a payer or claims platform, an HIE, or a digital health product.

Responsibilities

• Guides customer developers through integrating b.well's SDKs and APIs into front-end experiences and backend systems.
• Tackles technical handoffs from pre-sales and confirms solution designs with customers.
• Provides sample requests, queries, and code snippets to help diagnose problems.
