Ladders is seeking a Solutions Engineer-Hyperscale and AI Infrastructure to join a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role partners with customers to architect scalable AI infrastructure, service provider, and data center networks, translating complex technical needs into practical solutions in a fast-moving technology environment. Remote, US-based position with no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical sales or customer engagement in data center networking and service provider markets.
• Deep expertise in service provider architectures, including data center, route/switch, AI-ready networking, and automation.
• Strong networking solutions knowledge or equivalent competitor products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving with a customer focus.
• Self-motivated with ability to build strong customer relationships.
• 10+ years hands-on experience in high-velocity, advanced technology environments.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, CS, or equivalent.
• CCIE certification desirable.
