Ladders seeks an AI Engineer/Architect to lead the design and architecture of AI/ML solutions for government and enterprise programs. This remote role focuses on translating advanced capabilities into scalable, customer-facing deployments while collaborating closely with business development and delivery teams.

Candidates must have 10+ years in AI and data engineering, a proven track record of scaling AI projects, and the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance as a U.S. citizen.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of AI and data engineering experience.
• Proven track record scaling AI projects from concept to production.
• Strong consultative selling skills with stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with multi-tenant, distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Secret clearance required with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities
