3M is seeking a Solutions Architect to collaborate with global teams and drive technology engagement with hyperscale datacenters and vendor partners. The role translates customer roadmaps into actionable input for 3M product and technology teams and helps shape AI datacenter strategy within the EBO program.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in datacenter AI architectures, optical interconnects, and strong communication skills to support sales, engineering, and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience with hyperscale datacenter customers, AI architectures, optical interconnect, or co-packaged optics technologies.
• Strong technical communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate roadmaps into actionable input for product/technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagement with hyperscale datacenter customers and compute/networking vendors.
• Translate customer roadmaps into actionable input for 3M product and technology teams.
• Shape the technology roadmap for AI datacenter trends within 3M’s EBO program.
• Support sales, applications engineering, and product development with deep technical customer context.
• Build conceptual demos and assist marketing initiatives to showcase 3M capabilities.
