Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field as required.
• Five years of experience with hyperscale datacenter customers or AI architectures.
• Experience with optical interconnect or co-packaged optics (CPO) technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagement with hyperscale datacenter customers and vendors.
• Translate roadmaps and architecture requirements into actionable input for product teams.
• Help shape the AI datacenter technology roadmap for 3M’s EBO program.
• Support sales, applications engineering, and product development with deep technical context.
• Develop conceptual demos and assist marketing to showcase 3M EBO capabilities.
