Job summary

Bolster is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our remote US team. You will partner with Account Executives to win customers by delivering technical discovery, compelling demos, and proof-of-value engagements that translate capabilities into business outcomes.

In this role, you’ll explain deployment requirements, APIs, data flows, and security considerations while collaborating with Product and Engineering to address customer needs and feedback. Prior SaaS/cybersecurity experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions/Sales/Security engineering).
• Experience with SaaS/cybersecurity in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of digital risk protection, phishing, or threat intel.
• Ability to translate tech into business value.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives as the primary technical resource through the sales process.
• Conduct technical discovery to understand environments, security challenges, and integration needs.
• Deliver product demos, technical presentations, and workshops tailored to use cases.
• Plan proof-of-value engagements with defined scope and success criteria.
• Explain deployment requirements, APIs, data flows, and authentication considerations.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering and ensure smooth handoff to implementation.
