Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our growing DevOps-focused team.

You will be the trusted technical advisor for customers, driving demonstrations, POCs, and deployment strategies around Idira solutions and machine identity security. You will work closely with sales, product management, and engineering to position value, explore customer environments, and translate requirements into practical architecture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or solutions engineering role in cybersecurity or DevOps tooling.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins).
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, or autonomous AI workflows.
• Development experience in Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
• Scripting knowledge with PowerShell or Bash.
• Knowledge of SPIFFE / SPIRE.
• REST API proficiency.
• Curiosity about the DevOps landscape and trends.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations to create excitement around Idira technology.
• Conduct POC evaluations of Idira products with prospective customers and position value.
• Act as the technical expert and trusted advisor for machine identity security during the sales cycle.
• Partner with Account Executives to articulate the value of Idira’s solutions to stakeholders.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments and goals.
• Translate customer requirements into solution architecture and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with product management and R&D to influence direction and resolve issues.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and DevOps tools, Agentic AI frameworks, and best practices.
• Assist in marketing efforts to generate pipeline and leads.
• Deliver technical workshops, webinars, and training sessions to clients and internal teams.
• Travel as needed to meet customers or attend events.
