Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Solutions Engineer - Agents & Automation to serve as the technical SME for building and delivering agent-based automation solutions. You will translate business needs into workflows and guide architecture, governance, and lifecycle management across Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Foundry.

This remote role focuses on enterprise deployment, security, and responsible AI practices while collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Broad technical background with enterprise tech experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical workflows.
• Experience with AI-enabled platforms and enterprise deployment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical SME for workforce agent solution development across Microsoft platforms.
• Build and deploy custom-engine agent solutions, integrating with enterprise systems.
• Guide customers through agent solution delivery and governance.
• Lead implementation of agent governance and environment readiness.
• Design and implement security and compliance controls for agent onboarding.
• Establish enterprise agent governance and lifecycle management.
• Own end-to-end implementation of agent solutions, translating business requirements into workflows.
