Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solutions Engineer – Agents & Automation to build enterprise agent solutions using Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365.

You will govern lifecycles, implement security controls, and help customers deploy scalable, governed agent environments across Power Platform and Azure. The role emphasizes governance, cost awareness, and responsible AI practices, with collaboration across sales, delivery, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related experience.
• 4+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related cloud tech.
• Hands-on experience with AI or agent solutions.
• Experience designing declarative and embedded agent experiences across Copilot Studio, Foundry, and Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver enterprise agent solutions using Copilot Studio, Foundry, and Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Builder.
• Configure Power Platform environment strategies, governance, and ALM.
• Develop agents across Copilot Studio and Foundry; integrate with enterprise systems.
• Implement agent security and governance using Purview, Defender, and Entra Agent ID.
• Establish enterprise agent governance across DEV/UAT/PROD environments, pipelines, and lifecycle management.
• Guide customers on governance, evaluation, observability, and best practices.
• Deliver reusable assets, patterns, and templates for Copilot and agent services.
