Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks a Solutions Design Manager for Warehousing & Logistics to architect contract logistics solutions bridging client vision and operations. The role focuses on designing scalable warehouses, layouts, and pricing strategies while collaborating with Business Development and Project Management.

You will translate data into efficient designs, lead client presentations, and drive cost-benefit analyses to ensure commercial alignment. Remote work with travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a solutions design or contract logistics role preferred.
• Experience with warehousing layouts, cost models, and site operations.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, simulation tools, and optimization methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored logistics designs for scalable warehousing and cost models.
• Analyze layouts, processes, and labor to maximize efficiency.
• Guide designs from concept to steady-state operations with PM.
• Build cost-benefit analyses and pricing proposals for clients.
• Present design concepts and justify engineering decisions to clients.
