Qualifications
- Typically 10+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical projects.
- Deep multidisciplinary understanding of critical-facility systems, codes/standards, permitting, and compliance.
- Strong commercial awareness to balance technical trade-offs with costs.
- US Citizenship and ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Define the design delivery strategy from concept development through construction, commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate external consultants, equipment manufacturers, contractors, and internal stakeholders across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, controls, and security systems.
- Oversee design reporting, risk management, and value engineering while resolving technical, commercial, and program risks.
- Mentor Design Managers and elevate regional practices across internal divisions.
