Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead end-to-end design delivery for major data center developments across North America. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, drive risk management and value engineering, and mentor Design Managers to elevate regional practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience on complex data center or mission-critical capital projects.
• Deep multidisciplinary understanding of critical-facility systems and codes/standards.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to mentor cross-functional teams.
