AbsenceSoft is hiring a Manager of Solutions Consulting to lead a team of technical experts partnering with sales to demonstrate how our leave and accommodations platform solves real HR challenges.

Reporting to the CRO, this hands-on leadership role guides hiring, coaching, demo standards, and deal strategy while directly supporting complex opportunities to improve win rates and onboarding speed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Solutions Consulting or presales team.
• Proven ability to coach, hire, and drive performance.
• Strong communication skills with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop a team of 4–8 Solutions Consultants.
• Implement and maintain demo standards, discovery frameworks, and win/loss practices.
• Set goals and conduct pipeline reviews tied to revenue outcomes.
• Develop a scalable team culture balancing high performance with support.
• Align SC coverage with Sales on new business, expansion, and renewals.
• Join calls, refine demos, and assist in closing deals when needed.
• Escalate and resolve technical or process roadblocks in the sales cycle.
• Communicate team performance and needs to CRO and stakeholders.
• Maintain platform and industry knowledge to stay credible.
