Job summary

ExtensisHR is seeking a Solutions Consultant to bridge Sales, Product Development, and Operations, driving demonstrations and tailoring technical solutions for client success.

You will partner with Sales on opportunity strategy, lead discussions with executives, and ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation, including AI-enabled productivity and learning across core systems.

Qualifications

• Four to five years of sales or sales engineering experience in a B2B environment is highly preferred.
• Experience facilitating comprehensive customer demonstrations and delivering complex information clearly.
• Ability to discuss challenges with C-Level executives and lead strategic conversations.
• Comfortable working with customers of all levels and dynamic interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to become a power user of internal and client-facing systems; high curiosity is critical.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for our Sales team by understanding the prospect’s business needs and facilitating compelling product and service demonstrations.
• Participate in essential presale processes with our Sales team.
• Secure input from all necessary stakeholders within the customer’s firm.
• Resolve technical objections to secure commitments and establish trust with decision makers.
• Lead business problem solving, defining problems and recommending actionable solutions.
