AbsenceSoft is seeking a Manager of Solutions Consulting to lead a team of 4–8 Solutions Consultants and partner with sales on complex deals. The role blends leadership with hands-on deal execution to improve win rates and onboarding speed.

You’ll hire, coach, and scale the team, maintain demo standards, and align strategies with revenue goals. Expect a collaborative, compliant, remote-first environment with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar presales role in HR tech, SaaS, or related enterprise software.
• 1-2 years directly managing or leading a presales/Solutions Consulting team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Ability to implement and refine established processes and playbooks to improve team consistency and performance.
• Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing both technical and executive audiences.
• Hands-on leader: able to step into deals directly while developing others to do the same.

• Implement and maintain demo standards, discovery frameworks, and win/loss review practices.
• Set goals tied to revenue outcomes and conduct regular pipeline reviews.
• Partner with sales leadership to align SC coverage and deal strategy.
• Join calls on strategic opportunities and help close deals when needed.
• Escalate and resolve technical or process roadblocks during the sales cycle.
• Maintain deep fluency in the AbsenceSoft platform and related industry landscape.
