Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is hiring a Solutions Consultant Manager to lead district teams, guide customers on selecting the right security solutions, and drive value realization across on-premises, cloud, and security operations services.

You will mentor a team of Solutions Consultants, partner with Sales leadership, and shape technical strategies to win opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading pre-sales or system engineering teams.
• Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing security solutions.
• Knowledge of security product market trends and roadmaps.
• Ability to deliver comprehensive security solutions to customers.
• Experience partnering with Customer Support for successful adoption.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire new Solutions Consultants into the territory.
• Train, mentor, and review employees to keep them engaged and successful.
• Support field Solutions Consultants in evaluations and problem solving.
• Lead technical validation efforts to ensure a technical win.
• Define development plans for your team.
• Coordinate with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialist teams.
• Provide technical leadership in customer interactions and share security trends.
• Drive Platformization efforts within accounts.
• Travel 50-75% within the region.
• Develop a technical strategy with the DSM to accelerate growth.
