Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire Solutions Consultants for the territory.
• Train, mentor, and review team members.
• Support field Solutions Consultant team in complex evaluations.
• Provide technical leadership in customer engagements and domain strategies.
• Develop resource plans with Domain Specialists.
• Collaborate with Product Management for feature feedback from customers.
• Travel 50-75% within the region.
• Partner with sales to define a regional technical strategy.
