United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our Presales Team. You will partner with Account Directors to guide evaluations of our UX research platform, acting as both product expert and strategic advisor.

You will translate customer challenges into high-impact use cases, deliver customized demos, and help outline onboarding and long-term adoption plans. Travel about 25% for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role such as Solutions Consulting or related field.
• Strong understanding of qualitative research methodologies and workflows.
• Ability to translate complex research into compelling product stories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and crafting strategic recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, behavioral sciences, HCI, design research, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Directors to understand customer goals across research and design.
• Identify pain points and unpack complex research workflows during discovery.
• Translate challenges into clear, high-impact use cases.
• Deliver customized demos tailored to customer workflows and goals.
• Own the 'tech win' by aligning with the customer’s buying committee.
• Explain capabilities, value, limitations, and best practices.
• Plan and execute customer evaluations, including research design and analysis support.
• Collaborate to create onboarding and long-term adoption roadmaps.
• Support presales collateral, case studies, and thought-leadership materials.
• Provide feedback to Product, Research, and Customer Success based on insights.
• Travel to conferences and customer sites (approx. 25%).
• Contribute to a culture of feedback and research excellence.
