Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead complex design initiatives and shape product experiences. You will own design decisions end to end, mentor junior designers, and influence product direction through user advocacy and systems thinking.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to set vision and roadmap, apply user research, evolve design systems, and raise design quality across the team.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in UX, UI, or Product Design.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, strategic thinking, and impact.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• Deep understanding of interaction design, visual design systems, accessibility, and usability.
• Proven experience influencing product decisions and working with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex, multi-surface user experiences from concept to execution.
• Drive experience strategy, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to define product vision and roadmap.
• Plan and apply user research and usability evaluations to inform design decisions.
• Own and evolve design systems, patterns, and experience frameworks.
• Mentor and provide feedback to UX/UI Designers, raising design quality across the team.
• Influence stakeholders through clear storytelling, data, and design rationale.
• Identify opportunities to improve design processes, workflows, and cross-team collaboration.
