Job summary

GridUnity, Inc. is seeking a Technical Solutions Analyst to work directly with utilities and energy innovators to modernize the grid. This customer-facing role connects business needs to the product roadmap and engineering delivery.

You will lead discovery, design solutions, support integrations, and guide customers through implementation so they reach value quickly. This position reports to the VP, Customer Experience.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in a customer-facing solutions role (Solutions/Business Analyst, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant).
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process modeling (BPMN/UML or similar).
• Gap analysis and acceptance criteria expertise.
• Experience with systems integration concepts: REST APIs, JSON/CSV, authentication, data mapping, and basic ETL.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer workflows, KPIs, and constraints; translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Explain value of solutions in terms of data quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Define how GridUnity and customer systems exchange data; map fields and validate data.
