The candidate will own functional business analysis for Etrieve implementations, consult with clients, and drive onboarding and training to drive client success.

Responsibilities

• Own functional business analysis for Softdocs's Etrieve software implementations.
• Work across multiple projects and teams to anticipate and manage changes.
• Report to the Manager of Professional Services.
• Consult with clients to identify document handling and workflow processes.
• Deliver documentation and action plans for onboarding.
• Drive training to ensure clients achieve excellence and desired outcomes.
