Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to become a trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal team's go-to product expert. You will master our products, demos, architecture, security and implementation requirements while aligning with buyer needs and the sales process.

You will work with Marketing and Product to bring the voice of the market, design tailored solutions, and help speed deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales or solutions consulting in benefits HR tech.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools.
• Understanding of broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to translate product details for customers.
• Ability to create customer-facing collateral.
• Cross-functional collaboration across sales, legal, security and technology teams.
• Experience in a high-growth environment with new product launches.
• Strong communication skills; you present complex ideas clearly.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities, and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs.
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support and cross-train teammates.
• Answer information requests, design tailored solutions and deliver in-depth demos.
• Explain integration capabilities, including APIs, file feeds and SSO, and fit with customer architecture.
• Speak to security and data-privacy topics in live conversations.
• Field questions and objections in real time and show our competitive strengths.
• Partner with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs and security questionnaires; provide input on plan design.
• Contribute to revenue goals through win rate, deal velocity and solution quality.
