Job summary

Everbridge is seeking an Associate Solutions Consultant to partner with large-scale customers, guiding deployment, adoption, training, and ongoing optimization of the Everbridge platform.

You will work with Account Management, Operations, Product, and Engineering to deliver reliable, well-adopted solutions that meet business needs. The role emphasizes governance, education, and customer advocacy in a fast-paced, remote environment in the UK.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing support or consulting role or equivalent experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of hosted applications, security, networking, and telephony.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement during deployment, adoption, and ongoing operations.
• Establish and maintain a governance model with each client.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and provide monthly updates to internal teams.
• Define success criteria, track progress, and develop action plans.
• Create and deliver customer education and training programs.
• Troubleshoot concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Document and escalate critical issues as needed.
• Advocate for customers to inform product and engineering teams.
