Job summary

RealPage is seeking a Solution Representative III to grow and maintain a diverse client base in a geographic territory. You will drive new business, manage existing accounts, and present solutions to executive-level stakeholders with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities include high activity sales, ROI demonstrations, and collaboration with Sales Engineers to close deals and exceed quarterly quotas. Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in business or 4 years relevant work experience in sales.
• Minimum of 4 years of formal field or inside sales with quota overachievement.
• Proven track record selling software products or services.
• Experience with value-based/consultative selling.
• Ability to identify, qualify and prioritize prospects.
• Ability to present to large groups; strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage a geographic territory with travel up to 40%.
• Proven ability to exceed quotas and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and manage existing client relationships.
• Meet assigned revenue goals and activity responsibilities.
• Visit management companies and owners in a geographic territory.
• Deliver web-based presentations with Sales Engineers.
• Navigate multiple decision-makers, including VP and C-Suite executives.
• Maintain a high activity level with calls, emails, and social selling.
• Create ROI for prospects and convert opportunities into closed deals.
• Travel regionally up to 40% to drive growth.
