Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect for the Digital Native Business, Named Accounts.

You will guide customers through architecture, proof-of-concepts, and implementation using our platform and APIs, collaborating with product teams and the broader customer-facing group. You will lead technical discussions, promote best practices, and develop champions while working with data engineering, data science, and analytics teams across multiple clouds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering, data science, technical architecture, or pre-sales/consulting.
• Comfortable programming in Python and SQL.
• Experience building solutions with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Expertise in Spark, Hadoop, Kafka or ML tools like pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Willing to travel to customers in your region.
• Databricks Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership with sales teams to help customers understand Databricks value.
• Consult on Big Data architectures and implement proofs-of-concept across data engineering, data science, ML, and SQL workflows.
• Validate integrations with cloud services and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with fellow Solutions Architects and promote Databricks open-source projects (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow).
