Job summary

Databricks seeks a Sr. Solutions Architect to shape the Data & AI landscape for Digital Natives Business. You will partner with sales to provide technical leadership, design architectures, and implement proofs of concept across data engineering, data science, ML, and SQL workflows.

The role requires 7+ years in relevant fields, experience with distributed data systems, and cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP). Remote work with Pacific Mountain time preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering, data science, technical architecture, or pre-sales/consulting.
• Experience building distributed data systems.
• Comfortable programming in Python and SQL.
• Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Nice to have Databricks Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and design architectures for strategic projects.
• Implement proof of concepts spanning data engineering, data science, ML, and SQL workflows.
• Help customers build solutions integrating with cloud services and 3rd party apps.
• Act as strategic technical advisor to drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to support users.
