XTIUM is seeking a Solutions Architect to design and deliver advanced IT solutions for customers across our managed services. You will engage with clients and sales teams to assess requirements, architect scalable architectures, and drive successful project outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You will translate complex technologies into business value, lead POCs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. A strong Azure and security background is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting within IT managed services.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value and proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Architect innovative, scalable, and secure technical solutions aligned with customer objectives.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and growth goals, delivering enablement strategies.
• Engage directly with customers to identify business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
• Create detailed quotes and SOWs translating features into business benefits.
• Lead proofs of concept (POCs) and lab demos to validate solutions.
• Analyze and optimize solutions for current and future opportunities, ensuring scalability.
• Assist sales in identifying threats and craft messaging highlighting unique value.
• Train internal teams on product demonstrations and use of demo environments.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors for seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain ongoing communication with sales and customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to drive revenue.
• Report on performance and accomplishments to leadership weekly and quarterly.
• Represent XTIUM as a technical expert in customer engagements.
