Job summary

XTIUM is seeking an experienced L2/Infrastructure Engineer to support Azure, Citrix and Microsoft 365 in a remote-friendly environment. You will own incident, problem and change tickets, produce build guides, and collaborate with vendor support while mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities span Azure IaaS/PaaS, CVAD/DaaS, Windows Server and Active Directory, with a strong focus on networking, PowerShell automation and customer-first service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in an L2 or implementation engineering role in a managed services or enterprise environment.
• Hands-on Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy and Windows Server skills.
• Practical Citrix CVAD/DaaS experience, with working knowledge of Citrix ADC/NetScaler.
• Good networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, TLS/PKI, VPN, firewalls and load balancing.
• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, clear written and spoken communication, and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Own L2 incident, problem and change tickets in line with SLAs (ServiceNow)
• Produce clear technical documentation: HLD/LLD inputs, build guides, runbooks and handover notes.
• Escalate to and collaborate with L3 and vendor support (Microsoft, Citrix), and mentor L1 colleagues.
• Take part in on-call and out-of-hours maintenance windows where required
